How to Place an Order?

Press Add to cart button & go to checkout place.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. If you don’t get, then you can request for return or replacement.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will find it in your account. Moreover, we also send order details in email when you place an order.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item by calling to your customer care. We will guide you the process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Generally, we do but sometimes its not possible if the manufacturer stop producing these items.

SHOPPING INFORMATION

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We only charge a small amount of money to deliver your order products. It actually varies on item weight and distance. When you pay for an item it’s included in your total charge.

How long will delivery take?

It takes maximum 7-30 days. Sometimes you will get very fast because of traffic or lack of delivery problems.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order, we carefully check and pack the products, and send to your address. Sometimes, we call to confirm orders.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, of course, you will get it when you place/received your order. Please keep it carefully for feature reference or return any wrong item.

Do You Offer Delivery Confirmation?

Yes we do. You will get a call when your product arrived at your destination.

COUPON, DISCOUNT & PROMO CODES INFORMATION

How do I get coupon or promo codes?

You will find it My Account tab or in your email if it available for you.

How do I Apply it?

We offers coupon, discount and promo codes for the customers. You can easily get those codes and use to purchase products.

  • First, select the product you want and click on the BUY NOW button.
  • You will redirect to the checkout page, where you need to provide some information to place your orders.

 

  • In 2nd step in checkout page, you will find all the coupon box down below the order details.
  • You can input your codes here and apply it.
  • That’s it, now click on the next button and select the payment method to place your order.
Is there any limitations ?

Each of the coupon codes has limitation or validity.

Can I ask for a coupon code?

No, it only available whenever we want to.

Can I share my codes with others?

No you shouldn’t. In most cases it wont work, if it is then you will lose your one.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

As soon as you confirm your payment. Sometimes it takes a while, however, you can check your payment status in your dashboard.

What is wishlist?

It’s a feature that allows customers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You easily return or replace your products. To more info, check our return/replace section or call us via number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour after order. If you made mistakes, just knock our customer care.

What is package tracking in my orders?

Package tracking or package logging is the process of localizing shipping containers, mail and parcel post at different points of time during sorting, warehousing, and package delivery to verify their provenance and to predict and aid delivery.
